As we grow as a company we are always looking to improve in how we provide the best in learning and customer satisfaction. With that in mind, we want to be more transparent in our operations.
From now on we want to be able to share our achievements with our customers
In an effort to improve the transparency between us and our customer base we have decided to start launching articles for BIOZONE eBooks.
When we have announcements to make, regarding our eBooks product, we will now be emailing our users a link to an article which announces each feature and how they affect you, the user (just like this one).
We are all about change, especially when that change improves our customer’s experience.
This is incredibly new for us and we would appreciate both positive and negative feedback you have on these articles.
We look forward to your responses.
So as to improve our customer’s experience using our products we want to provide our customers with the resources to explore questions and issues they may have with our site.
To accomplish this we have launched our very own knowledge base for BIOZONE eBooks.
This will act as a self-learning tool for our customers.
The knowledge base contains articles on the different features within our eBooks site. The articles contain tutorials on how to use different features within the site using text, images and videos.
Articles are categorized by different users on the site so you can find answers tailored to you.
Simply navigate through our topics or type a question into the search bar.

You can also access the knowledge base via our web widget. This widget will be located on our eBooks landing page.
Using this widget our customers can access our knowledge base without even needing to leave the site.

We are excited to announce our latest integration with Clever.
Clever provides a secure SSO to digital resources for students, teachers and admins. Clever allows for an even quicker and simpler rostering process onto our site.
At the moment we are offering Clever integrations to School Districts.
